In this role, you'll serve as the US Field Marketing Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Partners, leading partner marketing initiatives across the US, aligning closely with partner sales, and coordinating efforts across the Americas. You'll support co-marketing across system integrators and distribution partners, helping drive demand, scale what works, and evolve partner marketing into a more structured, repeatable growth engine. You'll prioritize and orchestrate initiatives, shape joint marketing strategies, and keep a strong customer-first lens across digital, campaigns, and partner-driven demand generation. We are looking for a US Field Marketing-Single Point of Contact (SPOC)-Partners. This is a remote position located in the US. You'll make an impact by: Serving as the US Field Marketing SPOC for Partners, driving US partner marketing programs and coordinating activities across the Americas Zone. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners (system integrators and distributors) to support shared business objectives and long-term growth. Enabling partners with ready-to-use campaign packages, tools, and guidance so they can independently execute marketing and generate demand. Managing and prioritizing partner marketing requests and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities, available capacity, and expected impact. Align regularly with partner marketing teams to ensure Siemens and partners are working toward shared priorities, with consistent and collaborative communication. Aligning partner marketing initiatives with internal sales, product, regional, and global marketing teams to ensure an integrated go-to-market approach. Collaborating across Siemens businesses and regions to share best practices, improve consistency, and scale successful partner programs. Leading the development and delivery of partner-ready marketing assets, including joint case studies, success stories, whitepapers, webinars, and digital campaigns designed for easy partner execution. Coordinating co-branded events, webinars, digital marketing programs, and content creation across partners, ensuring alignment to business priorities and target audiences. Supporting partner visibility and positioning through Siemens-led campaigns, events, and thought leadership opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize partner-led impact in the market. Maintaining a strong connection with partner sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline priorities and create a continuous feedback loop on performance and needs. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness, with a focus on pipeline contribution, opportunity progression, and overall ROI. Communicating with and educating cross-functional teams (including partner sales) about marketing plans, programs, tools, and upcoming initiatives. Leveraging and promoting partner marketing tools and platforms (e.g., campaign automation, content hubs, enablement platforms) to improve scalability and ease of execution. Staying up to date on market trends, industry challenges, and the competitive landscape in industrial automation to inform partner strategy. Continuously identify opportunities to improve partner marketing effectiveness, simplify execution, and strengthen collaboration across teams. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience with the B2B sales cycle with the ability to improve demand generation, pipeline contribution, and opportunity acceleration. 5+ years of experience in partner, channel, or alliance marketing, ideally in industrial automation, manufacturing, or engineering industries. 5+ years of experience working with system integrators, technology alliances, or channel partners in a marketing capacity. 5+ years of experience using project management tools to keep initiatives on schedule. 5+ years of experience with inbound content marketing strategy and execution experience. Fluent in English and effective across all communication mediums. Ability and willingness to travel up to 15-20% of the time. Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven partner experience a plus Ability to operate with minimal supervision or direction Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and stakeholders, balancing regional, partner, and business needs. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and on budget. Outstanding communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners. Ability to align tactical plans with broader strategies while consistently producing results. Experience with industrial automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, IoT, edge computing); familiarity with Siemens automation portfolio is a plus. Adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements. Collaborative, with a strong focus on business and customer impact. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
