Contract About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Vendor Outreach & Event Promotion Representative to help recruit vendors, sponsors, and attendees for community events, wellness fairs, fundraisers, networking events, and talent showcases. This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible hours and the potential for ongoing event assignments throughout the year. Responsibilities Recruit vendors, sponsors, and attendees for events Contact local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations Promote events through networking, social media, email, and community outreach Build relationships with local businesses and community partners Provide updates on outreach activities and results Assist with event setup, attendee check-in, vendor support, and general event-day activities as needed Compensation Commission on vendors and sponsors secured $25 per hour for approved event-day support (typically 4 hours) Performance bonuses may be available based on results Opportunity for future event promotion projects Qualifications Strong communication and networking skills Sales, marketing, outreach, or event promotion experience preferred Self-motivated and organized Ability to work independently To Apply Please submit a brief description of your experience in sales, outreach, marketing, event promotion, vendor recruitment, or sponsorship development.
