  • $135,000 Stealth is seeking a VP/CMO-caliber marketing leader with deep experience in Personal Injury law firm marketing to lead comprehensive marketing evaluations and strategic roadmapping for our clients.
This role is not about managing campaigns—it is about diagnosing, evaluating, and architecting growth. You will step into law firms with existing marketing efforts (agencies, internal teams, vendors, and tech stacks), identify inefficiencies and missed opportunities, and deliver a clear, actionable roadmap that Stealth will execute against.
The ideal candidate combines:
High-level marketing strategy and financial thinking Deep familiarity with PI lead generation and case acquisition Strong ability to audit performance across channels, vendors, and systems Confidence presenting to and advising firm owners and partners Key Responsibilities Marketing Evaluation & Audit Conduct comprehensive evaluations of law firm marketing programs, including: Paid media (Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta); SEO and organic lead generation; Website performance and conversion pathways; Intake processes and lead handling Analyze and validate marketing data across platforms including: Google Analytics; Call tracking systems; CRM and intake software; Ad platform reporting (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Evaluate marketing budgets, allocation efficiency, and return on investment Identify gaps in tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy Vendor & Team Assessment Audit performance of external agencies and vendors across SEO, PPC, web, and media buying Evaluate internal team structure, roles, and effectiveness Identify misalignment between vendors, internal teams, and firm goals Provide clear recommendations on vendor optimization, replacement, or consolidation and team restructuring or capability gaps Strategy Development & Roadmapping Develop and deliver a clear, prioritized marketing roadmap aligned to firm growth goals Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and expected performance outcomes Identify quick wins vs. foundational changes required for scale Create actionable plans across lead generation strategy, market positioning and messaging, intake and conversion optimization, and marketing technology and tracking improvements Client Advisory & Presentation Present findings, insights, and recommendations to law firm owners and leadership teams Translate complex marketing data into clear business implications (cases, cost per case, ROI) Serve as a trusted advisor guiding firms through strategic decisions Align stakeholders around the roadmap and next steps Transition to Execution Partner with internal Stealth teams to ensure smooth transition from strategy to execution Provide strategic oversight and guidance as marketing programs are implemented Monitor early performance and adjust strategic direction as needed Qualifications 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including Director or VP-level roles Direct experience marketing Personal Injury law firms is required Proven ability to drive case acquisition growth through multi-channel marketing strategies Deep understanding of: Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and Meta Ads in PI; SEO and local search for legal services; Lead attribution, call tracking, and intake conversion Experience auditing and optimizing marketing budgets ($500K
  • 5M+) Strong ability to evaluate agency performance and hold vendors accountable Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executive-level stakeholders Experience working in a consulting or fractional capacity is highly preferred What Success Looks Like You can quickly assess a firm's marketing and identify what's actually driving signed cases You confidently challenge existing vendors, strategies, and assumptions You deliver a clear, compelling 6-month roadmap that clients trust and act on Your recommendations lead directly to improved cost per case, lead quality, signed case volume, and marketing efficiency
