Marketing & Digital Experience Specialist About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing & Digital Experience Specialist to help drive digital growth across our websites, campaigns, and customer experience initiatives. This role combines digital marketing, website optimization, analytics, and project coordination to improve traffic, lead generation, user experience, and conversion performance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable analyzing performance data while also building landing pages, coordinating projects, and executing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, product, sales, and external partners to continuously improve the digital customer journey and support company growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Support and optimize digital growth initiatives across paid and organic channels Manage and improve Google Ads and PPC campaigns Assist with SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and content recommendations Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, engagement, and lead generation Monitor competitor activity and digital trends Website & Conversion Optimization Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns and product initiatives Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments Analyze customer funnels and recommend UX improvements Support website updates, content improvements, and performance enhancements Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on digital experience initiatives Analytics & Reporting Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and related tools Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, lead quality, and campaign performance Develop recurring reports and actionable insights for leadership Analyze attribution and lead source effectiveness Project Managemen t Coordinate digital marketing and website-related projects Help manage timelines, priorities, and communication across internal teams and vendors Support marketing tools, integrations, and optimization initiatives Assist with implementation and testing of new digital features and functionality Ideal Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or website optimization Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns Experience with Salesforce CRM Familiarity with Webflow CMS platforms or similar website tools Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion best practices Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and external partners Experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, or marketing automation tools is a plus Ideal Strengths Analytical and data-driven Technically curious Organized and detail-oriented Hands-on problem solver Performance-focused Strong communicator and collaborator
