Position Overview The Marketing Strategist drives multi-channel campaigns, event strategies, and digital initiatives tied to company goals. You will analyze data, manage core marketing technologies, support brand consistency, and collaborate across teams to improve user experience and deliver measurable business results. You will leverage creative and technical skills—from campaign design to digital tools and analytics—to support brand success, manage events, and facilitate internal processes that drive business growth. Duties and Responsibilities Execute all aspects of event strategy, including budgeting, email campaigns, planning, promotion, logistics, asset management, communications, and on-site coordination for hosted events, webinars, and attended events. Manage the creation, graphic design, and communication of corporate advertisements to ensure alignment with brand standards. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email and digital marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives. Utilize MailChimp for external communications, including managing contact lists, workflows, and automations. Collaborate with internal teams—such as content creator, web designer, and sales professionals—to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Analyze data from marketing platforms to identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities for campaign optimization. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI to evaluate the success of events and marketing initiatives. Stay informed about emerging digital technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Serve as a brand advocate, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual standards across all digital touchpoints. Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to align marketing strategies with upcoming campaigns and company milestones. Manage all logistics for the corporate team store, including communication with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Oversee the monthly new customer process, including generating reports, validating customer lists with Account Managers, and sending welcome packages. Coordinate the onboarding process for new team members, including ordering business cards, name plates, and distributing of apparel and backpacks. Handle the negotiation, procurement, distribution, and budgeting of branded corporate giveaway items. Skills and Abilities Required Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including organic search, paid media, and email marketing.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Experience designing and running A/B tests, multivariate tests, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for presenting strategies to stakeholders and collaborating effectively with team members. Proficiency with HTML/CSS, content management systems (CMS like WordPress), and marketing automation software. A creative mindset capable of identifying growth opportunities and troubleshooting campaign performance issues efficiently. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Experience in video production and basic editing. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Proficient in Email Marketing Tools. (MailChimp) Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
