FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST

— SUNDOG Powerwash Middle Tennessee | Flexible Hours | Performance-Based Pay SUNDOG is a fast-growing, locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Williamson County, Tennessee. We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Field Marketing Specialist to place yard signs in targeted areas. This is performance-based work — not hourly. You get paid for what you place, not how long it takes you.

HOW COMPENSATION WORKS

$2.50 per yard sign placed + $15 gas reimbursement per route completed Weekly availability: 33-66 yard signs depending on routes completed (1-2 routes per week) Minimum expectation: 1 route per week (33 signs) Sweet spot: 2 routes per week (66 signs) Weekly earning potential: 1 route: ~$82.50 + $15 gas = ~$97.50 2 routes: ~$165.00 + $30 gas = ~$195.00 3 routes: ~$247.50 + $45 gas = ~$292.50 Estimated effective hourly rate: $28-$37/hr All placements are logged and verified through our tracking app. Pay is based on verified production only. The more routes you run, the more you earn.

Additional earning opportunity:

Door hanger distribution is available in some weeks at $0.40 per hanger for those who want extra volume. If you're looking for guaranteed hourly pay regardless of output, this won't be a good fit. If you like clear targets, autonomy, and getting paid for results — keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Place yard signs along assigned routes — minimum 1 route per week, ideally 2 Follow mapped routes provided by our team (we handle the planning — you work the territory) Log all placements in our tracking app for verification and payment

SCHEDULE & TERRITORY

❗️ Yard signs are best run as a late-night or early morning route — most of our top performers knock out their sign routes between 3-5 AM before traffic and before their day starts. You choose your window; we just ask that placements are safe and reasonable.

Minimum commitment:

1 route per week. We're ideally looking for someone who can consistently run 2. Gas reimbursement of $15 per completed route is paid alongside your sign placement earnings No mandatory shifts — you complete your work on your own schedule within the week Routes are in Franklin, College Grove, and surrounding Williamson County communities Estimated 3-6 hours per week depending on routes completed

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 or older Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current insurance Clean driving record Able to pass a background check Smartphone capable of running our tracking app Comfortable driving routes throughout Williamson County High personal accountability and follow-through If you need constant check-ins to stay on track, this won't be a good fit. If you're the type who sets a target and goes after it — you'll do great here.
