Brand Alliance Agent National Real Estate Insurance Group - 1.7 Knoxville, TN Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Qualifications Deal closing CRM system proficiency Productivity software Closing sales Full Job Description NREIG is seeking a full-time personable, persuasive and passionate Brand Alliance Agent to join our growing tattoo and beauty association based in the Knoxville area. The Brand Alliance Agent is a field-facing role responsible for building relationships with external businesses to secure sponsorships, preferred pricing, and exclusive discounts for members of a national real estate investor-focused association. Acting as the on-the-ground representative, this individual will engage with potential partners, present the value of affiliation, and negotiate benefit offerings that enhance the member experience. The ideal candidate is gifted at creating win-win partnerships that support real estate investors. The day to day responsibilities of this role are: Partner Outreach & Relationship Building Visit local and regional businesses to introduce the association and explore partnership opportunities. Present the value proposition of offering exclusive deals or sponsorships to association members. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, marketing teams, and decision-makers. Sponsorship & Deal Negotiation Secure sponsorships, discounts, and promotional offers from service providers, retailers, and vendors relevant to real estate investors. Negotiate terms that benefit both the partner and the association's members. Coordinate with the Association Manager to ensure alignment with broader partnership strategy. Member Value Delivery Ensure all secured deals are documented, promoted, and accessible to members. Gather feedback from members on desired benefits and categories of interest. Assist in tracking usage and effectiveness of partner offerings. Reporting & Coordination Maintain records of outreach efforts, signed agreements, and partner details in CRM or tracking systems. Provide regular updates to the Association Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote new partnerships and benefits. We're seeking applicants to meet the following criteria: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or partnership outreach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence. Ability to negotiate and close partnership deals. Comfortable working independently and traveling locally to meet with potential partners. Organized and detail-oriented with basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
