Job Description

Advisor- Customer & Lifecycle FedEx Freight United States, Tennessee, Memphis 8285 Tournament Drive (Show on map) Jun 18, 2026 This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide strategic advisory support and operational oversight for customer lifecycle marketing programs while managing execution of complex lifecycle initiatives and supporting team development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops strategic recommendations for customer lifecycle program optimization and advanced segmentation strategies. Provides oversight and guidance for lifecycle marketing campaign execution and performance optimization across team members. Maintains responsibility for complex customer journey mapping and multi-touch attribution analysis for lifecycle programs. Establishes advanced marketing automation workflows and sophisticated customer scoring models for enhanced personalization. Implements customer retention and expansion strategy development in collaboration with Customer Success teams. Drives mentoring and professional development support for junior lifecycle marketing team members. Supports strategic planning and budget allocation recommendations for lifecycle marketing initiatives. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience Five (5) years Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Marketing experience Strong understanding of advanced marketing automation and customer journey optimization Experience with customer data analysis and predictive modeling Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Experience with customer success and retention program development EST FedEx Freight, Inc FedEx Freight is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
