This internship focuses on Process Improvement and Analytics, supporting large-scale transformation efforts across Digital and Marketing operations. You will help document and redesign processes, leverage data to identify root causes, and assist in automating workflows and analytics reporting. Internship Program Offers:

- Networking and Community Service Events Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Support cross-functional workshops, working sessions, and process design initiatives Identify inefficiencies such as waste, delays, rework, and bottlenecks Develop and execute data collection plans to support root cause analysis Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear problem statements Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process playbooks Help automate workflows, analytics reporting, and intake processes Qualifications We are currently seeking students majoring in the following areas of study: Industrial Engineering Data Science/ Business Analytics/ Math Information Systems / IT Management Human-Centered Design/ Marketing / UX Research What we are Looking for: Must be a current rising Junior, Senior or Graduate student enrolled into a college or university at the time of Summer 2026 Internship Program (June 2026 - August 2026) Those graduating before June 2, 2026 are not eligible for the internship Must be able to live in Memphis for a minimum of two months during Summer 2026 Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
