What You'd Do in
This Role:
As a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist for SmartDollar, you'll help drive pipeline growth by building and optimizing campaigns that connect employers with our financial wellness benefit. You'll partner closely with Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams to execute marketing automation, nurture journeys, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives that support inbound and outbound revenue goals. In this role, you'll manage campaigns in tools like Pardot and Salesforce CRM, analyze campaign and pipeline performance, and collaborate with writers and designers to launch creative, data-informed marketing initiatives. You'll also use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve workflows, generate insights, and optimize campaign execution and performance. You're Probably a
Match If:
You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a related field. You have experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools. You're comfortable working with CRM data and campaign analytics using tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Excel. You enjoy partnering closely with Sales teams to support pipeline growth and deal progression. You have experience supporting or executing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives across digital, direct mail, or multi-channel campaigns. You're comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve marketing workflows, campaign execution, and performance insights. You thrive in a collaborative environment working alongside writers, designers, and cross-functional marketing teams. You're proactive, organized, and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Marketing automation and nurture campaigns consistently generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth. Sales teams have strong marketing support and enablement assets that help move opportunities forward.
