Email Marketing Specialist with
Graphic Design Expertise Location:

This is an in-person role based in Nashville, TN. Hybrid or remote work options are not available for this position. We are only considering applicants currently living in the Nashville area at this time.
Position Overview:
Email Marketing Specialist As our Email Marketing Specialist , you will be the driving force behind our email channel—responsible for creating, launching, and optimizing campaigns that keep our customers engaged. You are a "full-stack" email marketer: someone who can strategize a campaign, build a professional layout, and hit "send" with confidence. You'll blend technical execution with a strong sense of visual storytelling to drive conversions and long-term customer retention.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Creation:
Build and deploy both daily broadcast emails and sophisticated automated "drip" sequences (welcome series, abandoned carts, cross-sells).
Visual Building:
Create high-quality, professional email layouts and assets that align with our brand. You should be comfortable building visually driven emails that look great on both desktop and mobile.
Optimization:
Write "must-click" subject lines and preheaders. Use A/B testing to constantly improve open rates and conversions.
Audience Management:
Manage email lists, build smart segments, and maintain healthy list hygiene to ensure high deliverability.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key metrics (opens, clicks, revenue) and provide actionable insights on what's working and what isn't.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure email efforts support broader company goals. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related area.
Proven Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing email marketing, specifically building high-volume daily sends and automated workflows.
Visual Proficiency:
A strong eye for layout and the ability to produce professional-grade email content and assets independently.
Software Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required for creating and exporting campaign assets.
Platform Expertise:
Proficiency in major Email Service Providers (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Listrak).
Technical Best Practices:
Deep understanding of email-specific requirements, including mobile responsiveness, audience targeting, and deliverability.
Fast & Organized:
Ability to move from concept to deployment quickly without sacrificing quality.
Project Management:
Familiarity with Asana or similar project planning software is a major plus.
Copywriting:
