Job Description

The Marketing Advisor supports dealer-focused marketing engagements and internal Orgill marketing projects. These may include both fee-based services for dealers and assignments that support Orgill's programs and services. Reporting to a Marketing Consultant, this role helps translate business and client goals into actionable marketing projects. Advisors coordinate deliverables, build content, track timelines, and support day-to-day execution with strong attention to detail, communication, and brand alignment. They are client-facing and contribute to both strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Marketing Consultants and internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns Translate business objectives into project briefs and work plans Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across assigned projects Contribute to the development of marketing content, including light editing and basic copywriting Support the execution of campaigns across email, social media, print, digital, and Orgill.com Ensure alignment with established brand standards—whether Orgill's or a dealer client's—working with Brand Strategy on Orgill-led projects, and directly with dealer clients on dealer-led projects Track project activity and time using Orgill tools for billing and reporting Participate in client and stakeholder meetings as a project representative Monitor project progress and flag issues that could impact timelines or deliverables Gather performance feedback and share recommendations for improvement
Required Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or account support Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills Strong proficiency in Google Chrome, G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), and Asana with working knowledge of Canva, Zi flow and Adobe Acrobat.
