This role will lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across major digital platforms while leveraging data and analytics to maximize performance and ROI. Lead paid and organic marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, , and other digital platforms. Optimize targeting, creative, and campaign performance to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Monitor social media activity, audience engagement, and emerging industry trends. Analyze campaign data and develop insights to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness. Partner with internal teams and agency partners to execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience managing paid and organic search and social media campaigns. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights. Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting, and performance optimization. Requirements:
6+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) or similar platforms. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, email deliverability, and campaign analytics. Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
