This role will help drive community visibility, support sales teams, and coordinate marketing initiatives including events, signage, etc., Community Outreach & Field Support Coordinate field marketing efforts across homeowner communities in partnership with the Sales team to generate local brand awareness and leads. Execute creative neighborhood marketing campaigns and community outreach. Support marketing initiatives for exterior home renovation services including windows, doors, siding, patio covers, pergolas, and sunrooms. Assist with neighbourhood outreach campaigns, community activations, and on-site promotional efforts. Help plan and execute community events, homeowner association events, realtor partnerships, grand openings, lunches, and sponsorship activations. Coordinate placement and upkeep of yard signs, banners, flyers, and other local marketing materials within target communities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of community activity, lead sources, marketing performance, and campaign tracking. Support engagement efforts with homeowners, realtors, vendors, and local community partners. Conduct basic market research on neighborhoods, competitors, and customer trends within the DFW home improvement market. Assist with capturing field content including project photos, videos, testimonials, and social media updates from active renovation projects. Manage project timelines and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables and community campaigns. Assist with vendor coordination, invoice tracking, marketing budgets, and other administrative support tasks.

REQUIREMENTS 3-5

years of marketing experience required Prior experience working with a home improvement, renovation, or remodelling company is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with events, vendors, and marketing coordination Familiarity with social media, websites, and email marketing tools Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay:

$38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
