Role Description Consolidated Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Content Specialist to join our team in Beaumont, TX. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of content production, from gathering raw materials and source information to organizing, refining, and distributing polished content across multiple platforms.
The Content Specialist will work closely with internal departments, project teams, and stakeholders to collect relevant content assets, develop structured workflows, and transform information into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned communications. This position plays a key role in maintaining content consistency, improving organization of digital assets, and ensuring all published materials meet quality and strategic standards.
Key responsibilities include: Gathering and organizing source materials, media, and project-related content Editing and refining written and visual content into polished final deliverables Managing content workflows and maintaining content libraries and management systems Coordinating content distribution across web, social, marketing, and internal communication platforms Ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, branding, and formatting Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support communication and marketing initiatives Assisting in the development and execution of content strategies and campaigns Qualifications Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills Experience with content coordination, content management systems, and digital asset organization Ability to gather, process, and refine raw content into professional-quality deliverables Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with content distribution across diverse platforms and audiences Experience using analytics or reporting tools to evaluate content performance is a plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Media, or a related field preferred
