We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to expand our client's footprint. In this role, you won't just be selling office supplies and furniture; you'll be providing productivity solutions to local businesses. Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and qualify new B2B leads through cold calling, door-knocking, and networking events.
Relationship Management:
Manage a dedicated territory, maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Solution Selling:
Conduct on-site consultations to understand client workflows and recommend tailored furniture, technology, and supply packages.
Product Presentations:
Demonstrate the value of our client's curated product lines through professional presentations and cost-benefit analyses.
Pipeline Management:
Use CRM tools to track activity, manage your sales funnel, and provide accurate monthly revenue forecasts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal design and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation for large-scale office build-outs.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Industry Knowledge:
Previous experience in office furniture, commercial interiors, or business technology sectors.
Negotiation:
Advanced closing skills and experience managing long sales cycles for high-ticket items.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-4 years

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in professional sales (B2B preferred) or a customer-facing role with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with everyone from office managers to C-suite executives.
Self-Motivation:
A "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule without micro-management.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Mobility:
