We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Agent with experience in the pharmacy industry to identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships across the healthcare sector. This role will focus on expanding partnerships with Long Term Care (LTC), Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, Hospice, and other healthcare organizations, while promoting pharmacy services and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within healthcare and pharmacy services. Conduct outreach, in-person visits, meetings, and follow-up with potential partners and clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators, care coordinators, and healthcare decision-makers. Present pharmacy services through a consultative and solution-oriented approach. The ideal candidate has experience in pharmacy, healthcare marketing, business development, or account growth, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Previous experience working with Long Term Care or healthcare entities is highly preferred.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
