OVERVIEW

Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Bilingual (Spanish) Marketing Specialist to support the firm's marketing initiatives and brand presence. This position is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, community engagement, and promotional activities that support the firm's growth and visibility.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to the Director of Marketing.

DUTIES AND RELATIONSHIPS

This position plays a key role in supporting the firm's marketing efforts, maintaining brand consistency, and helping drive engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, has strong communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives Create, edit, and publish content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials Monitor and maintain the firm's social media presence and online reputation Coordinate community outreach events, sponsorships, networking opportunities, and promotional activities Assist with photography, videography, and content gathering for marketing purposes Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports as needed Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and third-party marketing providers Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials Assist with updating website content and digital marketing platforms Conduct market research and monitor industry trends Support special projects and additional marketing duties as assigned Our firm has offices throughout the DFW Metroplex and an office in San Antonio; therefore, occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 1-3 years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience preferred Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms) Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in English and Spanish Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability and willingness to travel to other firm office locations as needed

Hourly Pay:

Based on applicant's years of relevant experience.
