Job Description

Duties:
Lead the development and execution of marketing analytic programs for customers. Oversee the collection, processing, harmonization, and review of data to build models, perform modeling, interpret results, and formulate key insights, charts, and reports for customer presentations. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to customers based on data-driven insights including helping customers understand their target audience, optimize marketing spend, and measure the impact of their efforts. Lead the team to continuously evolve and develop new ways of efficiently and effectively solving complex client business problems. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure that their business needs are met by identifying new growth opportunities and proactively using software tool enhancements. Provide guidance and mentoring to Marketing Science Analysts across technical and consulting competencies. \n \n
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or related. Must have 3 years of experience with: conducting advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics (including Marketing Mix modeling, forecasting and optimization), and analytic techniques for marketing, customer, and business applications; working independently on analytical tasks, building, and optimizing 'big data' pipelines, architectures, and data sets using SQL and Python/R; developing and delivering presentations to clients using insights derived from analytics; using data to solve complex business questions and understand broader business impacts that drive business solutions; utilizing data analytic tools including SQL, Excel, and Python/R; and leading data collection and validation with client team and media agency. #LI-DNI
