Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive automation initiatives and enhance business processes. Responsibilities Lead sessions to gather requirements and facilitate workshops for process discovery. Analyze and document both current and future business processes. Convert business requirements into clear documentation for development teams. Identify and prioritize automation opportunities. Coordinate Agile ceremonies and support testing activities. Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely delivery. Provide operational and executive reporting with clear communication. Skills 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proven track record in supporting RPA initiatives. Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and methodologies. Experience in writing and executing test scripts. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with platforms like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow. Technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and system dependencies.
