This is a highly interactive outdoor role focused on driving foot traffic, promoting events, building local partnerships, and representing Escapology throughout the Fort Worth Stockyards. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, attending events, networking with local businesses, and creating exciting guest experiences. If you are comfortable approaching people, working in a fast-paced tourism environment, and helping grow a fun entertainment brand, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do - Community & Street Marketing Engage with tourists and local guests throughout the Stockyards Hand out promotional materials and explain Escapology experiences Encourage walk-in traffic and same-day bookings Represent the Escapology brand in a professional, energetic, and enthusiastic manner Help create excitement and awareness around the venue Marketing & Promotional Support Help execute local marketing campaigns and promotions Gather guest feedback and community insights Assist management with grassroots marketing ideas Support social media and promotional content opportunities when applicable Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Outgoing and comfortable approaching strangers Energetic, positive, and personable Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Passionate about tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or events Organized and capable of working independently Comfortable networking with businesses and community members Familiar with the Fort Worth Stockyards area (preferred) Why Work With Escapology?
