Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Physician Liaison/Marketing Specialist to strengthen our relationships with healthcare providers and expand our referral network. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for healthcare marketing. This role involves engaging with physicians/physician offices, managing relationships with our partners, and overseeing our marketing efforts, both internally and externally. Responsibilities Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare organizations to facilitate referrals and collaborative care. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to physician offices within our healthcare community, utilizing both direct outreach and digital channels. Analyze market trends and referral patterns to identify new opportunities for growth and service expansion. Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition. Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Proven experience in account management within a healthcare or medical sales environment. Expertise in B2B sales strategies, particularly within the medical or pharmaceutical sectors. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative relationships. Outside sales experience with a focus on developing new business opportunities in medical markets. Excellent customer service skills paired with strong communication abilities for engaging diverse audiences. Analytical skills to interpret market data, referral trends, and performance metrics for strategic planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint for creating professional documents and presentations.
