Community Outreach & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach Build and maintain relationships with: Hospitals Rehab centers Case managers Home health agencies Develop consistent referral pipelines Represent Sedro Trail in the local senior care community 2. Tours & Conversion Respond to inquiries quickly (calls, website, referrals) Schedule and conduct tours with families Follow up and convert tours into deposits and move-ins 3. Marketing Execution Manage online presence (Google, Facebook, Instagram, senior living platforms) Coordinate basic content (photos, posts, updates) Improve local visibility and reputation 4. Performance Tracking Track leads, tours, and conversions weekly Provide simple reports on pipeline and results Continuously improve conversion rates What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Sales mindset with ability to close Experience in senior living, healthcare, or local sales is a plus Self-driven, organized, and accountable Comfortable working both in the field and on-site Compensation Base Salary + Commission per move-in
