Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our restaurant's online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns . In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales. Your expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics will be essential in shaping our digital footprint and engaging our target audience effectively. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across websites built on WordPress and other content management systems to improve search engine rankings. Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements that resonate with diverse audiences. Manage social media platforms through social media management tools, crafting engaging posts and monitoring performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns. Optimize landing pages for conversion through A/B testing, performance marketing techniques, and user experience enhancements. Monitor SEM campaigns including Google AdWords/Google Ads to ensure effective budget utilization and ROI maximization. Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating digital marketing strategies that enhance online sales channels. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, including SEO advancements, social media innovations, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and competitive. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google Ads/AdWords, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), HTML/CSS coding skills, JavaScript knowledge, and content management systems like WordPress. Familiarity with social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools. Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve user engagement and lead generation. Experience with email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from SQL databases or analytics dashboards for strategic insights. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to project management within fast-paced environments. Familiarity with restaurant technology e.g. Yelp, DoorDash, Toast, and Loyalty platform, etc. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience.
