Duties Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email, and website channels. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising to maximize reach and engagement. Create compelling content tailored for healthcare audiences, utilizing copywriting skills to inform, educate, and motivate action. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target demographics to inform marketing initiatives. Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for improved ROI. Oversee the management of content on WordPress websites and ensure HTML coding aligns with best practices for accessibility and SEO. Collaborate with product management teams to promote healthcare services or products through targeted B2B (business-to-business) marketing efforts. Manage budgets effectively for campaigns across multiple channels while tracking performance metrics to ensure optimal resource allocation. Skills Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating engaging visual content. Expertise in performance marketing techniques including advertising sales, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising. Solid knowledge of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear messages tailored for healthcare audiences. Familiarity with website management using WordPress and basic HTML coding skills. Ability to conduct research effectively to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Experience in B2B marketing environments within healthcare or related sectors is highly desirable.
