As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. If you enjoy social media, content creation, branding, and working in a fast-paced creative environment, this is an opportunity to build your marketing career with a company that values fresh ideas and teamwork. What You'll Do Building up our e-commerce business. Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more Design marketing materials such as digital graphics, flyers, mailers, and promotional campaigns Manage and update online stores through InkSoft for schools, businesses, and community organizations Write compelling copy for promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing efforts Assist with direct mail campaigns and digital advertising initiatives Keep company websites updated with fresh, relevant content Collaborate with sales and creative teams on branding and promotional projects Support additional marketing initiatives as the company continues to grow What We're Looking For 1+ years of marketing, social media, or related experience preferred Experience with InkSoft or similar online store platforms is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong understanding of social media content creation and brand engagement Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally Why Join Century Graphics & Sign?
