We are looking for a full time Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help our clients with their marketing needs and increase traffic in our website to generate new leads. This position requires creating different visual aspects for all social media platforms . Your videos, designs and graphics should capture the attention and communicate the right message. The goal is to attract a target audience and schedule presentations with new leads & help with other administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, design, launch and monitor engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok etc.)
• Optimized online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Adwords, email campaigns etc. to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
• Execute a results driven social media strategies.
• Assist with the strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our clients.
• Interact with new leads, prospects or clients and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments.
• Create Written, Photo and Video content.
• Visit our clients & attend events to produce social media content for their needs
• Schedule presentations and meetings.
• Assist and be involved in SEO efforts.
• Design, plan and monitor our newsletters and promotional emails sent to our clients through various channels.
• Design new websites and menus in our software for our customers
• Create & implement strategies for brand awareness and collaborate with influencers to attract more potential leads .
• Prepare and present ideas to attract new leads in any way to our business.
• Review analytics & measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of Web analytics tools like Google Analytics or other similar tools to create reports on key metrics.
• Administrative Tasks Skills
• Passion for social media and proficiency with the major social media platforms.
• Proficiency with video & Photo editing tools.
• Proactive and good planning management.
• Knowledge with any design software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Canva, Illustrator or similar
• Proven experience in Social media and Digital Marketing
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Social Media, Google Adwords and email campaigns.
• Knowledge & experience of web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar
• Skills and experience in creative content writing & editing.
• Experience taking professional photos for social media and related marketing needs.
• Strong experience writing Content
• Proven designing and marketing experience.
• Excellent Communication & Social listening skills
• Time management skills & ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to perform administrative tasks
• Ability to Multitask
• Bilingual Starting from $20/hr + Performance Bonuses.
