We own and operate apartment communities across the metroplex, and we're building a centralized leasing engine to drive occupancy across our growing portfolio. This is a new, high-impact role reporting directly to the owner — and it's 100% in-office in Plano. You will not be asked to visit properties. What you'll do You'll own the front end of leasing for our entire portfolio from our Plano office: running the marketing, owning every lead from first contact to signed lease, and closing deals by phone while our on-site teams handle the in-person tours. Run marketing across Apartments.com and other ILS platforms, social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), and local grassroots outreach Own lead intake and qualification — respond to every inquiry fast, qualify the prospect, and book the tour Schedule and coordinate property tours with on-site property managers across multiple communities Close leases over the phone — while the on-site PM shows the unit, you handle the sell, the objections, and the signed application Manage the leasing CRM, track every lead by source, and report on conversion at each stage Run follow-up and re-engagement on prospects who toured but didn't sign Direct and support a small offshore back-office team that assists with lead response and scheduling What we're looking for 2+ years in multifamily leasing, property management, or a high-volume phone sales/customer-service role A closer's instinct: persuasive on the phone, organized, and relentless about follow-up Comfortable with leasing/CRM software and social media marketing Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (you'll coordinate with an offshore team) No real estate license required Why this role This isn't a front desk waiting for walk-ins, and it isn't a job that has you driving between properties all day. You sit in our Plano office and run the engine that fills our buildings — with direct access to ownership, real ownership of the marketing strategy, and uncapped leasing bonus tied to the leases you close. In-office, Monday-Friday, Plano. No property travel required.
