North Texas Health Insurance is growing! We have a few positions to fill at our office in North Fort Worth for full-time work. Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products to individuals using provided unlimited leads
• Counsel and advise prospects about available portfolio of products
• Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals
• Meet or exceed company goals for volume of new business

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly effective communication skills in person and on the phone
• Demonstrates persuasion and negotiation skills
• Degree preferred
• Organizational skills and effective time management
• Ability to work autonomously
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred This position requires that you attain and maintain a current state insurance license in life, health, and accident.

Training programs offered to unlicensed candidates who meet other qualification requirements
