Hybrid (3 days / week in-office) Role Summary At IMPRES Technology Solutions, we empower federal agencies with cutting-edge Enterprise IT and IT Security solutions that keep missions moving forward. As the company continues to grow, a strong marketing presence — across digital channels, content, and communications — is essential to driving awareness, supporting sales, and building the IMPRES brand. Effective marketing plays a key role in translating complex technical solutions into compelling, accessible messaging that resonates with our audience. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our marketing organization; owning and executing initiatives across digital channels, content, design, and campaign management to support sales, proposals, and business development. You'll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to a broad range of marketing activities — from running social media and email campaigns to producing polished visual assets and supporting event efforts — all within an established brand framework. This position reports to the VP of IT. What you'll do Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid digital, and web channels to drive brand awareness and support business development goals. Create and update marketing and sales materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and digital assets, maintaining visual consistency using established brand guidelines, templates, and design systems. Develop, manage, and grow the company's social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, engaging audiences with timely, on-brand content. Manage email marketing campaigns including list management, template design, copywriting, deployment, and performance reporting. Support website content updates, SEO improvements, and landing page development in coordination with web and technical resources. Support events, trade shows, and conferences — including planning, promotional materials, signage, social coverage, and post-event follow-up campaigns. Support proposal and capture efforts by contributing professionally designed graphics, covers, and layouts for government RFP responses. Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align marketing activities with business development goals and ensure all deliverables are accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule. Continually grow your marketing expertise through industry trends, new tools, certifications, and feedback. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably supporting B2B, technology, or government contracting organizations Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp), social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite), and digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) Demonstrated ability to create and manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content creation, scheduling, distribution, and performance review Graphic design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools; ability to produce polished visual assets that align with an established brand system Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple materials and platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint U.S. citizenship (required) Candidates must currently reside in a designated HUBZone or be willing to relocate to a HUBZone-eligible area (check eligibility for any address on the SBA HUBZone map) Why Impres Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday/Friday remote); based out of our Round Rock, TX headquarters Excellent benefits and career growth potential; opportunity to be a part of the expansion of a newer strategic business function Top-tier career development support, with plenty of opportunities for certifications, training, conference attendance, etc Join a knowledgeable, supportive team with a wide range of specialties and industry-leading expertise IT Department As the technical backbone of the IMPRES team, the IT department powers every system, application, and digital experience that keeps our business running and our customers served.
