Position Summary The Student Assistant for Skyroom Operations will serve in the Skyroom Operations Office and in the Skyroom for events, handling operations of events or meetings that take place in the Rosenberg Skyroom. The Student Assistant for Skyroom Operations reports to The Skyroom Operations Manager. Essential Functions Set up, operate, and break down Skyroom Events. Set up, operate, and break down AV Equipment for Skyroom Events. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong Customer Service Skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work efficiently with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities. Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA. Required Education Current UIW student. Required Work Experience None. Preferred Qualifications None. Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations None. Work Hours Varied hours Monday - Friday Varied hours Sat - Sunday Must be available to work Weekdays & Weekends, Daytime & Evenings Physical Demands Ability to move tables and chairs, as needed.
