Job Description

Outlaw Conversions and Emerald Luxury Coaches are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and organized Marketing & Trade Show Representative to promote both brands through marketing efforts, customer engagement, and attendance at industry events and trade shows. This position is responsible for representing the companies professionally, traveling to shows and events, generating leads, promoting products and services, supporting brand growth, and helping strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, comfortable traveling, and confident interacting with customers, vendors, and business partners while promoting luxury coach and conversion products. Key Responsibilities Represent Outlaw Conversions and Emerald Luxury Coaches at trade shows, expos, conventions, and industry events. Travel as required to attend shows, customer events, and marketing opportunities. Set up, maintain, and present company displays, booths, promotional materials, and product information at events. Coordinate event logistics including booth setup, promotional inventory, travel planning, scheduling, and event preparation. Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional efforts, and brand awareness initiatives for both companies. Help create and maintain marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional items. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights during trade shows and events. Promote a professional company image while representing both brands in public settings. Support customer communication and help ensure a positive customer experience before, during, and after events. Qualifications & Skills Previous marketing, sales, customer service, trade show, or event experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products professionally. Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and weekend travel as needed. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of social media, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office programs preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel required. Experience in RV, luxury coach, automotive, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours, including weekends and trade show schedules. Ability to lift and move promotional materials, displays, and event equipment when necessary. Ability to stand for extended periods during shows and events. Work Environment This position includes a combination of office work, travel, customer interaction, and on-site event participation. The employee will frequently travel to trade shows, customer events, and promotional opportunities representing both Outlaw Conversions and Emerald Luxury Coaches.
