Full-time Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering with and supporting marketing management in driving preference and volume for assigned programs and will contribute to strategy and optimization of various marketing programs.Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. At least 3 years of experience related to marketing and communication. Business Development experience a plus.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with clinic leadership, departmental management and physicians to implement and develop initiatives that support the organization and achieve marketing goals. Drives multiple marketing initiatives/event/projects/service lines to foster positive outcomes among hospital leaders and physicians. Builds, strengthens, and maintains community partnerships to foster positive preference in the community. Leads communication for marketing initiatives with individuals and groups in a manner that engages and helps them understand strategy and project goals. Develops and implements measurable, hospital-or physician-specific marketing initiatives, events, internal communications, and community relations that support organizational strategy and drives local hospital/physician volumes. Develops and maintains monthly reports for marketing. Manages vendor relationships to accomplish marketing initiatives set forth by management and administration. Collaborates with the CEO on systemized initiatives or projects assigned by management. Ensures brand integrity in communications and marketing collateral. Develops clear and concise communications, business cases/analysis, reports, and presentations. Proactively seeks opportunities to develop volumes for hospital and physicians and capitalizes on market opportunities to enhance existing business.Job Competencies:
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, co-workers in a consistent manner with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles.
