FULL TIME

motivated and positive Field Marketer to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting customer engagement and growth. The Field Marketer will be responsible for in-person field marketing, executing the team's marketing strategies that efficiently align with the broader marketing goals. This position will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, completing assigned tasks, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations to ensure initiatives run smoothly. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development, working closely with other marketers, office staff, providers and the Director of IT. Job responsibilities include : Travel to specified territories daily within the DFW Metroplex, building and establishing relationships with referring physicians and medical practices to help increase patient referrals to New Promise Neuropathy. Meeting with potential referring physicians and educating them on our practice, our services, and outcomes. Following up on all potential leads from various sources, cold calling, setting up breakfasts, lunch and learns, dinner meetings, and actively participating in various community events involving the practice. Responsible for developing sales leads, promoting a positive company brand image in the community. Responsible for developing and utilizing standard "proven" marketing methods while pursuing unique approaches that will help New Promise Neuropathy stand out. Providing regular customer service with established referral sources to elicit feedback, ensure satisfaction, and highlight additional service lines. Assisting in the generation of new leads, planning, and goal setting. Documenting all encounters with referral sources in an accurate and detailed manner. Prepare reports for all sales and marketing activities. Promotes an effective system of communication throughout the practice and within the community. Pledge to protect and promote the interests of all patients and their families. Work with clinical leads, liaisons, and management to effectively promote provided services. Top Candidates will possess: Candidates will have a college degree (preferred) 2+ years (preferred) of experience as a Field Marketer, or a related role. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage marketing campaigns Knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and best practices. An excellent understanding of sales principles, with the interest of learning more. Superior written/verbal communication skills, professional appearance, and conduct. Motivation and drive to work independently and set goals with general supervision. Keen interest in helping New Promise Neuropathy grow to serve more patients. Must have a good understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations related to patient privacy
