Wylie, Texas (In-Person / Field-Based) Job Summary We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and professional Home Care Field Marketing Representative to serve as the face of our company in the Wylie, Texas community. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with home care agencies, healthcare providers, senior living communities, and referral partners. You will represent our company in the field, promote our remote operational support services, and generate new business opportunities through direct engagement. This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives on networking, relationship-building, and driving growth in the healthcare space. Key Responsibilities Represent the company in the field and act as the primary point of contact in the local market Develop and maintain relationships with home care agencies, medical offices, hospitals, and senior living communities Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and service introductions to potential partners Attend networking events, healthcare meetups, and community events to promote services Generate leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers (owners, administrators, directors) Clearly communicate the value of our remote staffing and back-office support services Maintain consistent follow-ups to build long-term partnerships Track outreach activities and manage pipeline using CRM tools Gather market insights and feedback to support business growth strategies Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, field marketing, or B2B healthcare sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence Ability to build trust and relationships quickly in face-to-face settings Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the Wylie/Dallas area Preferred Qualifications Experience in home care, home health, or healthcare services marketing Existing network within the local healthcare community is a strong plus Familiarity with U.S. home care operations (staffing, billing, scheduling) Experience with CRM tools and basic reporting Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure Mileage reimbursement or travel allowance Opportunity for career growth into regional leadership roles Ongoing training and support About Us We partner with home care agencies to provide reliable remote operational support , including staffing, billing, payroll, and administrative services.
