General Description:
Little Giant Ladder Systems is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join a fast-moving team that owns the brand across every digital channel. This role touches everything — social media, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, and website content — and requires someone who can work fluidly across the Creative team, Brand Manager, Product, and Sales to help bring it all together. If you thrive in a hands-on environment, write with confidence, know your way around marketing platforms, and genuinely care about crafting content that performs, this role is built for you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Social Media Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms Collaborate with videographers and designers to ideate, plan, and produce content Own day-to-day posting, community engagement, and comment responses Curate and repost high-performing user and partner content Track and report on social KPIs and analytics Support UGC (user-generated content) campaign execution SEO & Content Plan and execute SEO and AI-optimized content strategies Conduct keyword research and apply findings to content development Write, generate, and edit copy and images for digital channels Upload content to the CMS with proper internal linking and structure Support website content updates, design coordination, and A/B test execution Email Marketing Ideate, write, and brief emails for the design team Own email performance metrics and ongoing A/B testing Support campaign sends across key initiatives Affiliate & Customer Support Communicate with affiliate partners and manage affiliate backend Maintain and distribute product guidelines to affiliate network Serve as liaison between SABO and customer service teams Help build out customer service resources, including tutorial and how-to video production Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work Partner closely with the Creative team, including designers and videographers, to brief, align on, and execute on-brand content across channels Work directly with the Brand Manager to ensure all marketing output is consistent with Little Giant brand voice, visual identity, and strategic direction Collaborate with the Product team to accurately represent product launches, features, and positioning in marketing materials Partner with Sales to support campaign alignment, sales enablement content, and key promotional initiatives Participate in cross-functional planning meetings and ensure marketing timelines align with broader business priorities
Skills:
Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for brand voice and messaging consistency Working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization Highly organized and self-directed, you can take a brief and run with it Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively across departments Video production coordination experience is a bonus
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media, email campaigns, and SEO content in a professional setting
Pay:
$62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
