United States The Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement (MSKA) Operations Intern facilitates operations and explores and analyzes new operational functions under the guidance of department managers. This temporary, full-time role is located in a Kerecis office and reports to the Manager of Training Operations and Events. Major Areas of Accountability See through projects, assigned by managers, from start to finish. Documenting their progress and providing presentations after their completion Support our sales team in the field; provide marketing material and products, provide data and analytical insight, as well as assist with general inquiries After receiving relevant training, ensure that activities comply with company standards and government regulations (e.g., HIPAA) Help maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system for accuracy. Assist with Accounts Receivable communication and collection Process and label sensitive data Kerecis employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies. Other job duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Enrollment in or recent graduation from an associate, bachelor, or graduate program of study at an accredited institution Strong organizational skills reflecting an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks Attention to detail, with follow through to completion of tasks Team player, quick learner Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders in stressful situations High level of professionalism and interpersonal relationship-building skills Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking capabilities Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of completeness and accuracy Ability to work independently This job description is intended to set forth the core functions required for this position and describe the general nature of the work to be performed.
