Job Description Why This Role Matters This role plays a key part in helping the business make smarter, data‑driven decisions. You'll influence how Sallie collects, manages, and uses digital data—while enabling teams across the organization to get more value from their digital experiences. Role Overview Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for digital analytics tools and data Coach and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and best practices Support and improve digital data capture strategies across websites and mobile apps Implement and manage data collection to support reporting and business insights Partner with analytics, marketing, and development teams to identify opportunities to improve performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction Help create and maintain best practices, playbooks, and documentation to support training and knowledge sharing Maintain a clean and scalable tag management environment, including auditing and retiring outdated tags We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics certification
