As a Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our top-rated home improvement services and generating interest for in-home consultations. No sales experience? No problem. All you need is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work hard while having fun!

What You'll Do:

Engage with homeowners through in-person outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods Create awareness and generate interest in our home improvement services Schedule appointments for our expert in-home consultants - no selling required Use tools like Spotio to track your daily activity and results Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity Participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills

What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Previous canvassing or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
