Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team, focusing on the sales of portable sheds and metal buildings. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs while providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, eager to learn product specifications, and driven to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in-person, by phone, and online to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
• Educate customers on features, benefits, pricing, and customization options for portable sheds and metal buildings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, financing options, and promotions
• Process sales transactions and manage customer orders accurately using company systems
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including comfort with basic software and willingness to learn new systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge
• Reliable and punctual
