This contract/temporary opportunity is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys organization, creativity, and hands-on involvement in bringing marketing initiatives to life. In this Marketing Specialist role, you will gain valuable exposure to event coordination, email marketing, campaign execution, client-facing communications, and marketing operations within an established accounting and auditing services environment. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of client events, seminars, workshops, and marketing-related activities. Manage event logistics including scheduling, registration tracking, materials preparation, vendor coordination, and follow-up communications. Assist with email marketing campaigns, CRM updates, list management, campaign tracking, and marketing automation support. Draft and update marketing materials such as flyers, invitations, presentations, and other client-facing collateral. Maintain accurate contact records, update client information, and assist with CRM data cleanup projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to keep projects, timelines, communications, and administrative tasks organized and on schedule.
