Job Description

Job Summary A professional services organization in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support a busy marketing team with events, campaigns, CRM updates, and marketing communications. This contract/temporary opportunity is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys organization, creativity, and hands-on involvement in bringing marketing initiatives to life. In this Marketing Specialist role, you will gain valuable exposure to event coordination, email marketing, campaign execution, client-facing communications, and marketing operations within an established accounting and auditing services environment. The team offers a collaborative, professional workplace where you can learn from experienced marketing leaders, contribute to meaningful projects, and build practical skills that support long-term career growth. This temporary role has strong potential to transition into a permanent position, based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of client events, seminars, workshops, and marketing-related activities.
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, registration tracking, materials preparation, vendor coordination, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, CRM updates, list management, campaign tracking, and marketing automation support.
  • Draft and update marketing materials such as flyers, invitations, presentations, and other client-facing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate contact records, update client information, and assist with CRM data cleanup projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to keep projects, timelines, communications, and administrative tasks organized and on schedule. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.

    Bellevue, WA.
  • Strong potential to transition into a permanent position within approximately 90 days, based on performance and business needs.
