Job Description

Partner closely with Creative Directors and Channel teams to inform the content strategy, strategic approach to the creative, and the best way to bring the strategy to life across multiple channels Surface emerging trends in online consumer behavior to teams, and ensure these inform the strategic approach Interpret quant and qual insights from a variety of sources, including close partnership with Analytics and channel teams, to develop new best practices into our strategy Articulate the strategic approach to a variety of stakeholders, championing the 'why' and the 'how' for our marketing approach Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience developing integrated creative platforms and translating them into digital creative deliverables. Knowledge of storytelling and narrative structure, including pacing, visual composition, audio elements, and core components of audio-visual content. Experience working collaboratively across teams and organizational boundaries, with the ability to build relationships and contribute to shared outcomes. Demonstrates a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey creative concepts and align them to business objectives.
