About the Role Remo Health is seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Field Marketer & Care Advocate to spearhead our expansion into new markets, focusing initially on Washington. This role is crucial for establishing local brand presence, building trust within the dementia care ecosystem, and driving initial market adoption and enrollment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses a strong blend of strategic B2B2C and grassroots DTC marketing skills, and is passionate about improving access to specialized care. What You'll Be Doing New Market Strategy & Launch (Growth Focus):
GTM Strategy:
Develop, own, and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for Washington, integrating market research, local partner intelligence, and national brand strategy.
Targeted Campaigns:
Advise marketing team on high-value multi-channel marketing tactics (e.g., local media, community outreach) specifically tailored to Washington dyads.
Patient Referrals& Nurturing:
Drive patient referrals through community partnerships (B2B2C) and direct member enrollment (DTC).
Budget Management:
Work closely with the Marketing team to manage and maximize budgets, ensuring we maximize company goals for new and active patients.
Local Partnership & Relationship Building:
Community Engagement:
Serve as the primary local brand ambassador for Remo Health. Identify, vet, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with key local organizations (e.g., Alzheimer's Association, Area Agencies on Aging, Memory Cafes, Faith-Based Organizations, Senior Centers).
Sales Enablement:
Partner with Growth team to create localized, partner-specific collateral and presentations that simplify the value proposition for local community-based organizations (CBOs) and regional health systems.
Local Partner Management:
Manage day to day relationships with local partners (e.g., Senior Helpers)
Event Execution:
Lead execution of high-impact local events, such as educational seminars, health fairs, and targeted community sponsorship activations (e.g., Alzheimer's Walks).
Analytics & Reporting:
Performance Tracking:
Partner with Marketing to ensure implementation tracking that measures the effectiveness of local campaigns and partnerships, focusing on awareness and appointments scheduled.
Market Intelligence:
Serve as the voice of the market internally, gathering crucial local insights on competitor activity, payer dynamics, and member needs to inform overall corporate strategy and product development.
Reporting:
Develop clear, concise reports to communicate regional performance and insights to the Growth and Executive teams. You May Be a Good Fit If You Live in Washington. Have 5+ years of progressive marketing or care advocacy experience, preferably within the digital health, telehealth, or senior care industry. Have proven expertise in developing and executing localized B2B2C partnerships/relationships. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare/Medicaid and caregiver populations. Have exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Data teams. Are able to and have a willingness to travel frequently within the target market region to forge/foster relationships with local organizations, execute events, and manage partnerships. Are highly motivated, self-directed individuals comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
