Marketing Designer (Email)

Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing managers and writers to develop engaging email templates that align with brand standards. Design scalable email templates that ensure optimal performance across digital platforms. Work with cross-functional teams to elevate the brand aesthetic using design elements like color, typography, and imagery. Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment. Conduct research on industry trends to keep the design approach fresh and relevant. Skills 5+ years of experience in a design role, either in-house or at an agency. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch. Strong understanding of digital design principles with a solid portfolio demonstrating design mastery. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics. Preferred Skills Experience with AI tools to enhance creative output and prototype concepts. A background in marketing design, particularly in email campaigns. Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish or Mandarin, is a plus. A genuine passion for art, design, and branding.
