Russell Tobin (supporting a leading global technology client) Position Overview Russell Tobin is seeking a Marketing Specialist II to support a leading global technology organization. This role will focus on driving growth through email marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization strategies to support device sales and engagement. Key Responsibilities Grow and optimize the email marketing channel to support device unit goals Develop and implement automated email programs Build and execute email campaigns to drive traffic and sales Design and run A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve performance Report on campaign performance and key email metrics to senior leadership Support the development of email/CRM strategy and roadmap Collaborate with design teams on creative asset production Edit and publish content via CMS (including XML and HTML) Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (email, mobile/on-device, and/or display) Experience writing customer-facing, on-brand copy Proficiency with CMS tools and basic HTML/XML
