Russell Tobin (supporting a leading global technology client) Position Overview Russell Tobin is seeking a Marketing Specialist II to support a leading global technology organization. This role will focus on driving growth through email marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization strategies to support device sales and engagement. Key Responsibilities Grow and optimize the email marketing channel to support device unit goals Develop and implement automated email programs Build and execute email campaigns to drive traffic and sales Design and run A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve performance Report on campaign performance and key email metrics to senior leadership Support the development of email/CRM strategy and roadmap Collaborate with design teams on creative asset production Edit and publish content via CMS (including XML and HTML) Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (email, mobile/on-device, and/or display) Experience writing customer-facing, on-brand copy Proficiency with CMS tools and basic
HTML/XML
editing 1+ year of experience using SQL (or similar) for data analysis Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis) Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required Preferred Qualifications Experience managing large-scale email marketing programs Familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing methodologies Experience with customer segmentation and targeting strategies Proficiency in analytics tools and web traffic reporting Strong attention to detail and high standards for execution Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Self-starter with a strong bias for action Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments Russell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
