You're developing a skillset in field sales and lead generation that grows with you. As a Field Marketer , you'll be canvassing targeted neighborhoods across the Tacoma area, engaging homeowners in conversations about their roofs, and setting qualified appointments for our closing team. This is a self-directed role — you manage your own territory, track your own pipeline, and hold yourself accountable to your results. Ongoing training covers sales fundamentals, objection handling, and technology tools that help you work smarter in the field. No prior roofing experience required — if you're coachable, disciplined, and hungry to grow, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
