Position Summary Richlite is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to help drive marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, support sales growth, and strengthen relationships with customers and industry partners. This role will be a key contributor to the marketing team, taking ownership of campaign execution, content development, trade show support, digital marketing, and customer communications. In addition to leading marketing projects, the Senior Marketing Specialist will serve as a mentor and development partner to our Marketing Coordinator. This individual will help build marketing capabilities within the team by providing guidance, coaching, process improvements, and hands-on training. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who enjoys executing projects, collaborating across departments, and helping others grow professionally. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns & Brand Growth Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support Richlite product lines and business objectives. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and project workflows across multiple channels. Support lead generation initiatives that drive engagement with architects, designers, fabricators, distributors, OEM partners, and end users. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company priorities. Content Development & Communications Develop and manage content for email marketing, social media, website updates, customer stories, product launches, case studies, and promotional materials. Coordinate the creation of photography, video, and other visual assets that showcase Richlite applications and customer success stories. Support public relations opportunities and industry partnerships. Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar. Events & Industry Engagement Coordinate trade shows, industry events, customer demonstrations, and educational opportunities. Support event logistics, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-up activities. Work with industry associations, design communities, and sustainability-focused organizations to expand Richlite's visibility and influence. Digital Marketing & Analytics Monitor website, e-commerce, email, social media, and campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth. Prepare monthly marketing and e-commerce performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support CRM management, lead tracking, customer journey optimization, and marketing automation initiatives. Assist with SEO, digital advertising, website optimization, and e-commerce merchandising efforts to improve traffic and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer experience and support e-commerce sales goals. Analyze digital marketing and e-commerce data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities to optimize campaign performance and revenue growth. Team Mentorship & Leadership Serve as a mentor and day-to-day resource for the Marketing Coordinator. Provide guidance on marketing best practices, project management, communication, and professional development. Review projects and deliverables, offering constructive feedback and coaching. Help establish and document marketing processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and innovation within the marketing team. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or related roles, with the ability to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities. Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media management tools. Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal and external relationships. Demonstrated commitment to staying current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices through publications, blogs, webinars, and other professional resources. Preferred Experience in manufacturing, building products, architectural products, industrial materials, or related B2B industries. Experience supporting trade shows, dealer/distributor networks, or specification-driven sales environments. Previous mentoring, training, or leadership experience. Knowledge of sustainability-focused marketing and environmental certifications.
