Marketing Alliance Laundry Systems Overview The Content Marketing Specialist is a pivotal role in keeping Alliance Laundry Systems as a brand leader through the creation of fresh, compelling content and marketing copy. The Content Marketing Specialist will be knowledgeable in all Alliance brands, channels, and products, as well as the various verticals our equipment serves. This role will ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in tone and style, and optimized for each channel. Responsibilities Assist in growing and developing content creation across blogs, case studies, email marketing copy, web content, brochures, and other marketing pieces Brainstorm creative executions for marketing campaigns and promotions along with additional content pieces to support sales goals/initiatives Become a go-to resource with strong product knowledge to identify and execute marketing content needs Create calendars and content to support commercial brand blogs Assist with proofing marketing materials both in-house and those created by agency partners, and international counterparts to ensure accuracy and continuity of brand voice/message Owning creation and management of a video clip archive and drive creation of clips to support other written pieces of content Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research to inform content topics and formats. Researching content and consumer trends Managing content calendars Track and analyze content performance metrics A/B test headlines, CTAs, and formats to improve engagement and conversion rates
Qualifications Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, business, or related field required; an equivalent combination of education, skills and professional experience will be considered 2-3 years of related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, marketing automation tools, email marketing Laundry industry and verticals-served knowledge a plus Video editing experience, a plus Knowledge of AP style, a plus
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make laundry pieces fun/interesting reads Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to interact with internal managers and executives as well as external vendors. Understanding of laundry equipment, laundromat business, our unique product differentiation Ability to balance the various brand personas and oscillate between writing in their "voices" Strong creative drive to find new ways to differentiate often similar content, products Ability to write for a variety of formats, including blogs, case studies, ads, scripts, marketing pieces, emails, etc. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines; ability to quickly respond to shifting priorities on the fly Focused on results; attention to detail is a must Strong work ethic: Self-starter, able to demonstrate strong proactive approach and self-initiative, persistent, and tenacious with a can-do attitude Organizational skills: Ability to manage projects, work independently and effectively under tight deadlines Solid interviewing and note-taking skills
