Now we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can help us scale that impact even further. About the Role This is your chance to lead performance marketing for a nationally known tech media brand. You'll be in charge of planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns that fuel newsletter growth, drive list signups, and boost brand awareness across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who blends creative strategy with data obsession, someone who can spot trends, test new approaches, and optimize for real results.
What You'll Do:
Launch and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Build lead gen funnels using retargeting, lookalike audiences, and high-converting creatives Collaborate with editorial, email, and design to ensure ad campaigns feel seamless and on-brand Design and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that convert Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs, reporting insights and recommendations regularly Own campaign budgets, forecasts, pacing, and list growth targets Stay sharp on algorithm changes, ad platform shifts, and emerging trends
What You Bring:
2-4 years managing paid media campaigns (especially for lead gen or list growth) Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager plus another ad platform (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Clear grasp of funnel strategy, A/B testing, and conversion optimization Strong communication and project management skills Passion for tech, digital media, and helping brands grow smarter
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience running YouTube or LinkedIn lead gen ads Know Beehiiv or other newsletter platforms Understand multi-touch attribution and CRM tools Hold certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google/YouTube Ads) Have worked at a content-driven or digital publishing company Why You'll Love It Here You'll work directly with a tight-knit, experienced team driving one of the most recognized media brands in the tech space.
